Demo machines have had 2-3 weeks use in tennis clubs for demonstration purposes. With few scratches on the surface, these machines are fully tested to ensure they are in good working order.  They come with our full 1 year warranty, starting from the delivery date when you receive the machine. These machines come with a charger and a battery.

The Spinshot Plus-2 model combines all the features from the original Plus model but includes the advanced features of the Player model.

Compared with the original Plus model, the Plus-2 now features the Player's Drill Maker App functionality catering for full programmability of drill settings.

Comparing the Plus-2 against the Player model, the Plus-2 model control panel features an OLED screen and has preset oscillation buttons that allow for easy access to horizontal and vertical drills. Or press the drill button and then use the + or - buttons to switch between drills.

Battery or Mains Power Options
Battery included with your purchase.  You can also upgrade your machine by adding our Hybrid Power and Battery module if you want the option to use AC mains power or battery.

Remote Control via App or Watch
Our Drill Maker app for Android and iPhone is free to download. Read more about our Drill Maker App and download on your device to see how it works. The Drill Maker app is also compatible with Apple Watch.

Demo machine not working

Dear Team,

I hope you are well. I am writing to inform you that the demo machine I received is not working at all. From the moment I opened the box and powered it on, the unit has been stuck on the “Initializing” screen and making unusual sounds. It has not functioned properly even once since unboxing. I will send a video shortly to help you better understand the issue.

Additionally, I noticed a few visible scratches on the machine upon opening the packaging, which raised concerns about whether the unit might have been previously used, mishandled during transit, or received in damaged condition.

I am quite worried, as this was a significant investment for us and the machine is critical for our operations. Receiving a non-functional unit right out of the box is very disappointing, and I’m concerned about the potential costs, warranty coverage, and delays in getting a replacement or repair.

Kindly advise urgently:
• What immediate steps should I take?
• Where should I send the machine for inspection or repair?
• Is this covered under warranty or initial setup support?
• Can a replacement be arranged quickly if required?

I would appreciate your prompt assistance, as this matter is quite urgent for us.
